IT'S MY JOB...

...to help you build up your business by providing bespoke marketing plans for your local area.

At Hays, we supply our homeworkers with all the tools they need to ensure they are able to establish a successful business. This includes business cards and other bespoke marketing and promotional material for them to use within their local area.

It's my job to provide support, inspiration and new innovative ideas for our homeworkers to help them take their business forward, based on their individual goals.

I make sure everyone has their very own ‘Personalised Business Development Plan', which will help them to stay focused and make the most of every potential business opportunity.

I also make sure I listen to them, and take onboard their ideas. I meet and speak to individuals on a regular basis to review progress, ensuring everyone creates a client base to be proud of. I like to think that together we can create a profitable business and build a successful professional partnership with every Hays homeworker.
